Eligible RUSD parents may receive a free refurbished computer after completing computer training. Household income requirements may apply.
CARES Laptop Program
Complete a program. Receive a free laptop.
Eligible Riverside County households may receive a free laptop by completing required workshops or Workforce Development services. Residency and income requirements apply.
Computers With Causes
Helping those who need a computer most.
Provides donated computers to eligible individuals, nonprofit organizations, foster homes, and veterans with disabilities. A needs assessment may be required.
The On It Foundation
Supporting students through technology.
Provides free computers, training, and internet access to eligible K–12 students receiving free or reduced-priced school meals. Parent or guardian participation is required.

- At least 18 years old.
- Active RCLS library card in good standing.
