Tech Help is Coming to 5th District Neighborhoods!

Sponsored by ARPA grant funding from Riverside County Supervisor Yxstian Gutierrez’s office in Supervisory District 5, the Tech On Wheels Program is managed and implemented by RivcoConnect. Since January 2025, this innovative program has been delivering vital technology services directly to the community. Two Tech On Wheels vans are already on the road, serving residents in Moreno Valley, Hemet, Beaumont, San Jacinto, Banning, Calimesa, and nearby neighborhoods, providing enhanced access to essential tech resources.
