Bringing Tech Services Right to District 5 Neighborhoods!
Sponsored by ARPA grant funding from Riverside County Supervisor Yxstian Gutierrez’s office in Supervisory District 5, the Tech On Wheels Program is managed and implemented by RivcoConnect. Since January 2025, this innovative program has been delivering vital technology services directly to the community. Two Tech On Wheels vans are already on the road, serving residents in Moreno Valley, Hemet, Beaumont, San Jacinto, Banning, Calimesa, and nearby neighborhoods, providing enhanced access to essential tech resources.
The Board of Supervisors and RivcoConnect are also working hard to expand the Tech On Wheels vans to serve even more communities across Riverside County.
Type of Services
The Tech On Wheels team is staffed with friendly experts dedicated to helping you navigate the digital world. Whether you need internet access, help with your device, or assistance using online services, we’ve got you covered. Our free services include:
- Free Onsite Wi-Fi – Stay connected when we’re in your area.
- Learning Digital Skills – Develop essential technology skills in a supportive environment. We offer one-on-one and group training sessions to help you confidently use computers, smartphones, and other digital tools. Topics range from basic computer literacy to online safety and productivity tools.
- Help with Devices – Get assistance with your devices and tech questions. Our team is here to assist with troubleshooting, setup, and general guidance for your devices.
- Online Services Help – Receive guidance in accessing important online public services and resources.
